1.与Fe、Cu等金属反应
2FeCl3+Fe=3FeCl2
2FeCl3+Cu=2FeCl2+CuCl2
2.与碱反应
Fe3+ +3OH-=Fe(OH)3
3.氯化(hua)铁与苯酚发生显色反应
具有羟基与sp2杂化(hua)碳原子相连的结构( —C=C—OH)结构的化(hua)合物能与FeCl3的水溶(rong)液(ye)显(xian)示特殊的颜色(se):苯酚(fen)(fen)(fen)、均苯三酚(fen)(fen)(fen)显(xian)紫色(se);邻苯二(er)酚(fen)(fen)(fen)、对苯二(er)酚(fen)(fen)(fen)显(xian)绿色(se);甲苯酚(fen)(fen)(fen)显(xian)蓝色(se)。也有些酚(fen)(fen)(fen)不显(xian)色(se)。

作用与用途:主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)于污水处(chu)理,对低油(you)度的(de)原水处(chu)理,具有效果好、价格便宜等(deng)优点(dian),但带来(lai)水色(se)泛黄的(de)缺点(dian)。也用(yong)(yong)(yong)于印染(ran)滚筒(tong)刻花、电子工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)线路板及荧光数字(zi)筒(tong)生产等(deng)。建(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于制备混凝(ning)土(tu),以增(zeng)强(qiang)混凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)强(qiang)度、抗(kang)腐蚀性和防(fang)水性。也能与二(er)氯化(hua)(hua)铁(tie)、氯化(hua)(hua)钙、三氯化(hua)(hua)铝(lv)、硫(liu)酸铝(lv)、盐酸等(deng)配(pei)制成(cheng)泥凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)防(fang)水剂(ji),无机(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作制造其他(ta)铁(tie)盐和墨水。染(ran)料工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作印地科素(su)染(ran)料染(ran)色(se)时的(de)氧化(hua)(hua)剂(ji)。印染(ran)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作媒染(ran)剂(ji)。冶金工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作提取金、银的(de)氯化(hua)(hua)剂(ji)。有机(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作催化(hua)(hua)剂(ji)、氧化(hua)(hua)剂(ji)和氯化(hua)(hua)剂(ji)。玻(bo)璃工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作玻(bo)璃器皿热态着色(se)剂(ji)。制皂工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作肥皂废(fei)液(ye)回收甘油(you)的(de)凝(ning)聚剂(ji)。
